Who We Are

At AlphaCon, our mission is to provide the highest quality building services to our clients while maintaining a strong focus on safety, reliability, and expectations.

Dustin was raised in the industry and has deep understanding and thorough experience in the crafting of houses and construction projects. Throughout his high school years, he worked as a carpenter in fine joinery when he wasn’t attending school. Once he graduated,  he spent years in skilled woodworking and fine carpentry with a focus on custom built homes and providing detailed craftsmanship required of him in upscale homes. He then went on to manage the building of numerous homes throughout Maryland before acquiring his home improvement license and has since focused on sharing the craft he loves with so many clients.
